You can do the Anvi’o data processing yourself on your own computer using the Anvi’o install that you have used earlier in the week.

In this section you find the commands needed to build the CONTIGS.db file (starting from our vOTU FASTA file), and the coverage profile database PROFILE.db that you can then use to explore your data with Anvi’o (starting from the three BAM files).

We will provide the necessary files for you to download from FigShare so you don’t have to worry about downloading your files from the VM. This was made with Anvio-8 last year, so you will need to upgrade it.
