What is Anvi’o?
Anvi’o is a comprehensive platform to explore datasets from, metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, pangenomics, metapangenomics, phylogenomics, and microbial population genetics datasets.
Prerequisites
- Install Anvi’o version 8 (stable version) on your laptop and its databases (see here)
- Ideally, follow a tutorial (like this one) to get familiar with the software
- We would like to start supporting some Anvio operations in our HPC.
