What is the bioBakery?

BioBackery is a suite of tools for metagenomics analyses, which includes MetaPhlAn and HuMANN.

10:00-11:45: MetaPhlAn and Humann: introduction (Core Bioinformatics)
- a 15 minutes coffee break will be scheduled at 10:45
14.00 - 16.30: Data Science Group on hands-on analysis of MetaPhlAn and HuMANN outputs (Core Bioinformatics and Dipali Singh)
