EBAME 9 — Viromics Workshop in Brest

Alise Ponsero, Andrea Telatin and Evelien Adriaenssens travelled to Brest, France, to deliver a viromics workshop at the 9th EBAME Workshop on Computational Microbial Ecogenomics (October 12–26, 2024).

EBAME 2024

EBAME brings together researchers generating complex ‘omics datasets with developers of new computational methods, covering genome-resolved metagenomics, micro-diversity analysis, strain deconvolution, comparative genomics, and data visualisation.

Andrea and Evelien contributed a hands-on viromics session as part of the workshop’s focus on state-of-the-art ecogenomics approaches.
